I need to try these ASAP!! I injured my left hip when I hinged forward to pick up my 2 year old with my right arm, and when i lifted her up, I got an excruciating pain in my lower back on the left side . I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and it hurts so bad to walk. Tylenol doesn't even help with the pain
