Thank you for everyhting. I'm going physical therapy over the 5-6 months for my foot. (I had a rupture in both feets, different times) for 2 months I'm also going there for my back and lower back spasms. Your instructions have already made me better but, can you help me with that, please? "Hip flexibility" Also, do you have any excersises for ATFL and excesively sinus tarsi pain in feet??
