Thank you for this video. I have been enjoying your videos. Are you familiar with SI joint arthritis, disc bulges, degenerative disc, and stenosis? Also scoliosis…Wondering what exercises would be helpful for those conditions. I’ve had physical therapists give me exercises over the years that further exacerbated my back pain. Just want to find things that will be helpful and not worsen pain or push discs out more. Bending forward or down can make my disc bulge come out more in the S1/L5 area.
