I am sitting in a snow globe in Northeast Ohio! There is beautiful, white puffy snow out there on the ground. I celebrate my baby boy’s birthday in heaven today! Not because we are apart because I know where he is and that’s where I hope to go someday when my work on earth is finished here from my heavenly father! And as I look outside this on the shining and it is going to go up to 42° yay!

Absolutely loved this practice. Your invitation to see what happens when you stay with your breath for a while in the end literally brought me to tears just a few seconds after, hearing my inner self say "you didn't leave" AAAAHHHHHHHHH
