Your videos are the only ones I can do safely. I thought I would never be able to do yoga again due to not being able to be on the floor. Then I discovered this!
Thanks for having some non-floor exercises for us who can't do them.
I appreciate all you do. (Started with a kickboxing video. Loved that!)

I forgot how much better bodies feel after doing yoga. Just one playthrough of this and I feel much better. 💙
