My entire body got worked – my glutes and legs/thighs burned, my abs were engaged, and my arms hurt during/after the push-ups! I paused at the end during Cool-Down and did some more ab and glutes/legs exercises, and they BURNED. Thank you, Adriene, for this strong but also relaxing Yoga workout!
