Beautiful flow, thank you!! Prenatal yoga makes such a difference, I am living proof, the difference between my first pregnancy and my second one is crazy, in between I specialized myself in prenatal and postnatal yoga teaching and I can't say it enough, it's a game changer! More mobility, energy, strength, less pain….
