Thank u. This is the first yoga practice I’ve been able to complete since finding out I’m pregnant. I’m 25 weeks now. I’ve been having a hard time getting enough exercise in because being in my body has been uncomfortable— everything feels different than I’m used to; it’s been an adjustment. I feel proud today tho!

Felt really good. Finally I found a seated yoga for pregnant lady. As I am in early trimester, so really I am so tired even if this is just a stand up. But this is real good

Lovely workout.. It's my first time workout and I'm on 20 weeks now. A bit challenging for me at first but really worth it. Finally got a good stretch.
