Please guys do this exercise regularly if you are suffering from pcod or irregular peroids it will help.i did this only 2 times I got my periods….iam happy for this and I will do this yoga or exercise regularly thank you.

Di meri period cycle 35 din ka h mujhe nhi pata mujhe kya problem hai but mere face or pet pe anchahe baal hai mene abhi tk shave nhi kiya hai or to or me 16 saal ki hun bas itni age me mai aunty jesi dikhti hu pls help me
