  1. You're absolutely cool, I'm following you since several months and really I love it. Just a suggestion, the subtitles some time hide the poses you're showing and it's difficult looking at them…❤❤❤❤

  2. Love you Jen. Always helps my back and hips pain. Done this a billion times. I have tried other yoga videos but none works for my body other than yours. Truly grateful even the chiropractor can’t fix me but this can❤ sending loves and please continue to do your good work

  3. OMG….that was the full meal deal. I am 70 years old. Joints are getting pretty stiff, but that was the closest I ever got into fire log pose! And all because of how you put this whole class together. A couple of things I couldn’t do, but it doesn’t matter. I just adapted and still got good stretching. Thanks a TON!

  4. I am an Indian who practices yoga quite often . I must say this is one of the best videos on youtube which has genuine yoga asanas rather than random stretch exercises. I pulled a muscle in my lower back yesterday while doing my strength training and this session really worked wonders. One small suggestion from my side: please also use the actual Sanskrit names of asanas. And explain why it’s called so. It may look like a trivial thing but it works wonders if you know what is the purpose behind a particular Asan and what it’s called. For eg the warrior pose is called the “Veerbhadra asana”. Veer means brave and full of valour and courageand Bhadra means friend and Asan of course means pose. Thankyou again ❤

  5. i dont understand why majority of youtube yoga teachers never warm up the body before they make us do these deep stretches. in all my yoga classes we always warm up the body. Its really dangerous actually….
