  1. The body definitely keeps score and traps emotions! Yoga has a way of pulling those emotions out of you.It’s the best feeling when you’re able to release them. Thank you for your time and this amazing session.

  2. Day 3 back and everything in me wanted to say I can’t/ have all excuses not to complete this but guess what… I did it and finished (only one round though 😂🤣🙈). My right hip was tighter so now I have work to do on it; happy to be understanding my body in this way so I can work towards improving it… THANK YOU!!!
