    We will be focusing primarily on our lower body today easing tension from hips, legs and lower back through a series of grounding yoga ASANAs that promote flexibility and strength

    As we flow from pose to pose I encourage you to pay close attention to your breathing

    With each inhale,
    Invite space and openness

    With each exhale ,
    Release any tightness or discomfort you maybe holding on to

    This practice is not just about physical movements but also about Naturing serene state of mind by aligning our movements with the natural rhythm of breath
