  1. This stretch is amazing! I aggravated my back last week and have been trying to do stretches to help it. I went into the chiropractor thinking I had a pinched nerve, and went out with a diagnosis of spinal arthritis (at 32 years old), and am still processing it. I just went through this stretch and your yoga stretch for active recovery and it felt amazing.

    I love your workouts and I can't wait for my body to recover more so I can start back up. (A lot more gently, unfortunately).

  2. Lindsey – I haven't been able to sleep in my own bed for the last three weeks+ due to lower back pain. I've been under the care of a wonderful chiropractor, who insists on ice and stretching every day. For the last few days I've incorporated this workout into my daily routine and it helps SO much. I'm getting 5-6 hours of sleep straight now! Today I had an x-ray and was referred to a spine specialist, but for now, THANK YOU.

  3. Im a young adult not a mother but i occassionally have lower back pain if i lift heavy things (not workout) i have lower back pain because we dont do warm ups before kifting things. i use pain relief balm but doing this it was so much relaxing. Im overweight so it was more relaxing.
