Do this 10 minute yoga class to stretch and release tension while finding relaxation anytime of the day. This class is gentle enough for all levels however everybody is different so do modify or skip any poses that don’t feel right today.

Tonight I was dreading to do my yoga practice as I felt tired, sleepy and a little grumpy plus feeling the urge to "not waste" sleeping time as I have to wake up by dawn to keep working but I also new that the reason why I'm grumpy, tired and less efficient is because during the last weeks due to my heavy work load and social pressure to do other stuff (and come out of my way) I've been skipping my yoga classes/sessions regularly. Today's session was great because it was short, sweet, soft and delicious. Great to get prepare for bed and to relax and relief my sore body after a long day of standing up (fir hours) and then sitting on the hard cold floor for another long period of time! Namaste! 🙏
