  5. Salute day 14🎉 thank you, Adriene, for todays practice. What a difference six months makes, in my last comment on this video I said “I found this practice hard” today it wasn’t as hard, I still can’t fly my crow, but I can at least lift both legs separately for longer than a second, which I’m taking as a win and I know one day I will do a full crow. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

  6. Salute, September 4, 2024. Had a very chatty brain at the start but eventually settled in. Building up my downward dog which also was humbling after being away for several months. Wheels slowly turning. 💙

  7. Salute September 2024 | I've been practicing crow pose for over 7 months and still can't fly even for a second. And as Adrien said today, it's also a journey about loving yourself. Who cares if it's gonna take me more time, eventually I will get there and I love myself right now for trying and not giving up!

Btw I felt sooo alive in today's bow pose

A ladybug flew into my room while I was writing this 🐞

  8. I found it a bit easier to go into crow from today's toe stand. I have to remember that…and also to not have the front of my mat too close to a table. 😄
    Salute. September 4. 1431 days.

  9. I notice that everytime I'm in a crosslegged seated position (as around 9.25) when I try to bend forward, my sits bones come off the ground and my weight seems to go to my ankles. How can I maintain my posture and keep my cheeks on the ground?? 😄
