Yoga and Pranayama Breath Practice For The Spine. This full body yoga practice for the spine incorporates a gentle approach to awakening the breath, balancing the energy of the body and toning the muscles through mindful movement. This is your time slow down. Spring and summer season invite us to be more active, play in the sunshine, shed some weight but it doesn’t always mean harder and faster. Tend to the inner ecosystem with this guided home practice. Do it all under half an hour.
If you’ve got the money honey, I got the time. Just kidding, it’s free.
See you on the mat!

Segona vegada molt millor. Bon treball de pranayama connectat amb el cos. Bona transició cap a asanes més difícils.
Inhale to smile…

Salute day 14🎉 thank you, Adriene, for todays practice. What a difference six months makes, in my last comment on this video I said “I found this practice hard” today it wasn’t as hard, I still can’t fly my crow, but I can at least lift both legs separately for longer than a second, which I’m taking as a win and I know one day I will do a full crow. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
excellent, just what i needed thank you.
Thank you Adriene, namaste x
This was perfect after Labor Day my body was still hurting, feel fresh now, look good play good :: feel fresh to get fit

Day 4 of September ❤️🙏🏼 day 1283
Salute, September 4, 2024. Had a very chatty brain at the start but eventually settled in. Building up my downward dog which also was humbling after being away for several months. Wheels slowly turning. 💙
Trying to get back into it… 😢 09.04.24
SALUTE 🌅 | September 4, 2024 | One of my favourites for sure, such a yummy practice. I'm feeling so zen now! Great way to stretch out any kinks after a work day. 🙏
Wonderful session ❤ thank you
Yay! You're helping me feel great about myself. I finally got CROW! Thank you! ❤
Day 4 of Salute 🍁 This helped stretch my back which was sore from my arms day at the gym. Thank you!
Salute day 5, love you all guys🫂🤍
I was using headphones and i could hear adrienes heart beats. Thats a nice way of feeling connected ❤
🙌🏽👏🏽🫶🏽That was great Mrs. Adriene! 😮💨Deep Siiiiiigh! So goooood! 😍
Salute September 2024 | I've been practicing crow pose for over 7 months and still can't fly even for a second. And as Adrien said today, it's also a journey about loving yourself. Who cares if it's gonna take me more time, eventually I will get there and I love myself right now for trying and not giving up!
Btw I felt sooo alive in today's bow pose
A ladybug flew into my room while I was writing this 🐞
Salute Day 4. Namaste 🙏🏽 ❤💚💛🙏🏽
I found it a bit easier to go into crow from today's toe stand. I have to remember that…and also to not have the front of my mat too close to a table. 😄
Salute. September 4. 1431 days.
I notice that everytime I'm in a crosslegged seated position (as around 9.25) when I try to bend forward, my sits bones come off the ground and my weight seems to go to my ankles. How can I maintain my posture and keep my cheeks on the ground?? 😄
Wow–that was a wringer! I feel totally refreshed, though I couldn't do crow or boat very well. But I tried! Thanks, Adriene, for pushing my limits.
❤thank you ❤ Adriene ❤
Salute Day 4 🙏
