I feel bad. Depressed. Irritated, even the beginning of this video irritated me. I was listening, lying in shavasana. Then a thought came to me – I don't have to feel bad because of the fact that certain people make me feel bad. Even more, those people are far from me. And I am here with myself, I can do what I want. What I want. What I like. What I enjoy for myself. "They" are from a far, from a past. My mood is mine and I don't depend on them. I don't want to obey their influence. I am free to do whatever I do, even if "they" don't appreciate what I do. I can be free from them. I am free from them.
