I wanted to thank you for this video. I have been in pain since my back surgery back in 2021. Finding your video has been the only thing that has helped relieve my pain that I have had after the surgery. I will continue to watch your videos as well as do the activities. Blessings to you❤
Ust found your channel and like your content.. i did a short stretch workout today.. I'm having difficulty sitting on my heels like that. What can I do to sit like you are sitting?
This literally saved my life before work today. I woke up early today and had a lot of time to start my day before work and realized I was having a hard time focusing because my back was hurting so much.
I slept crazy last night. So I decided to go to your video after months, sad to say. But I was having mental health issues at the time to where I stopped self care activities I was trying to start. I was diagnosed with MDD, GAD, ADHD and Social phobia. But have been on medication that changed my thinking recently after a year of seeing 3 psychiatrist.
I’m so glad I remembered your channel. My workday is going to be so much better because of you ❤. I sat in my desk chair for like 2 minutes initially then realized how much my back ached.
This gave me the confidence I needed to start back doing yoga again. Thank you 🙏 😭 These are tears of joy .

I enjoyed it but the movements were too fast. Before I could even get into the pose you were moving out of it. Thats the only thing, I enjoyed it a lot but need to sit in the poses longer to even grasp them 😉
