I have sactic in my right leg 1 year back..after some medicines it was okay..but last month the same pain happen in my left leg..I am taking medicines.still sometimes it pain a lot…and now since last two days the pain is bearable….
If it doesn’t help don’t blame yourself. Disk degeneration is not your fault , talk to your doctor until you get the help you need. Plus the hamstring stretch may make it worse be careful. Listen to your body
