  2. Seeing comments of people mentioning that they had this condition for decades is very depressing to me because Im 23 and already 3 months in suffering from sciatica. I had to quit the gym😔.

  3. How do you fix a bulging disc disc just by stretching. The disc is still going to press on the nerve and the inflammation is still there. I haven't been able to afford my MRI because of having crap insurance. X-ray she's osteophytes and narrowing in L-4 and 5 so I don't see that anything but surgery will fix mine.

  4. My biggest problem with sciatica is not the pain but the muscle guarding it creates. The more active I am, the stiffer my butt muscles get, especially the piriformis. That exercice does helps a lot, but unfortunately the relief is only temporary.

I literally have gotten to the point where I can't even walk without pressing my hands into my sides, seeing that it was actually something that I should be doing was suprising since I had just started doing it one day when I was shopping with my wife and it helped so much that I just kept doing it. I have been having a lot of pain in my hip socket as well with almost no feelings or numbness in my right leg I also noticed that my ankles always look bruised for like 2 years now and it kinda looks like I'm getting varicose veins and the right leg is always way colder than the left

  6. I tried these test and no pain. I can even do back extensions and dead lifts pain free. But in certain chairs a phantom pain is in my glutes. Massaging the lower back gets rid of the pain suggesting a bulging disc.

  7. Hello doctor, I had sciatica pain 6 months back. Radiating pain is no longer there but at times there is some numbness in sole of the foot. I am doing weightlifting very caustiously. Focusing on core stability. Any advice how to correct it?

  8. Good advice except the “hamstring stretch avoidance.” As there a dancer, yoga and tai chi instructor you can have long hamstring muscle groups and zero sciatica. There is no conflict. If you have tight bulky muscles, the force will head for the joints. But if you are stretched out enough, that does not happen.

  9. There are hundreds of videos with different ways of fixing Sciatica! Actually by now, none of us should have ever had this pain since their are 100s of videos with all the comments saying thanks this fixed it! NOT!!!!!
