  1. I have lower sciatica back pain and at the moment also neck and shoulder pain. I felt this stretch more in my neck and upper back this time but hopefully once that is feeling better I will feel it more in my lower back. Either way it's a great stretch and a great way to start the day with some mindfulness and relief for my back pain. Thank you.

  2. So simple but so powerful. I felt extreme tightness immediately and had very limited range. I always knew chin to chest in this position caused tightness, but would often move to the next pose before giving it a chance. I have mild scoliosis so leaning to one side felt more intense and I unfortunately never felt it in my lower back…yet. My lower back was the reason I found this video. I will do this daily until I loosen my extremely tight neck muscles and hopefully soon I'll get to feel it throughout my lower back! Thanks for this video!

  3. Holy Cow I cant believe this actually worked as well as it has! Honestly the tension and stretching whilst doing the pose was killing me, like a niggling almost sharp pain but I went with it, as time passed it wasn't so much pain, but just tension. as soon as i released the from the pose, omg.. wow! haha Thank you so much for sharing! Ps: i used old tights, worked a treat!

  4. Brett you are a yoga angel! Your videos have helped me get into yoga and I'm gradually chipping away at years of running without proper stretching and old injuries…these videos help so much! I love how you always make recommendations for less flexible people and the way you walk through the poses and explain how they work & what proper technique is, is absolutely wonderful.

You're honestly my favorite YouTube yoga person!
