Welcome to sore muscle stretch, a 15 minute yoga practice for pain relief for all levels.
In this practice we will
start seated – with head rolls, gentle twists, shoulder & upper back stretches
then focus on the lower body – with a modified pigeon fold, butterfly hold and forward fold
finish with – shoulder and neck stretches, a few final moments to breath
