  1. This came up suggested for me in my feed and WOW, is it an incredible workout! Strengthen AND stretch is exactly spot on of what I felt. So much sweat. As someone who is moderately active in my everyday job and used to workout 5-6 days a week, this was challenging but helped me realize how much strength I still have.
