  3. I’ve been listening to this to fall asleep for the past few months. I have a lot of anxiety about death and everything and hearing you say that we’ll get through the next 10 minutes together is one of the only things that helps me come out of it enough to sleep. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

  8. RESTORE ✨ | December 23, 2025 | Oh gosh this felt so good today! I saved it for the end of the day, after rushing to get last minute work and grocery shopping done, and while I'm not in a state of panic, I have gotten swept up in the holiday stress. I knew I needed a reset to now move into the magic of the season and this was very helpful! 🙏

  9. Wishing you Darling Adriene, your husband and your Precious Families and beautiful Yogis around the world A Blessed and Beautiful Christmas and a Beautiful and Blessed New Year 2026. Loads of Love and God's Blessings on us all and our Precious Families😘🤗💞🙏💕Namaste🧘‍♀

  10. RESTORE, day 23. December 2025. This was such an awesome yoga/breath, meditation practice. Very well timed for me, as the closer we get to Christmas, the more anxious, panicky, and stressed I get.🎄 It all comes from past trauma around Christmas time, so every year it's like reliving it all over again. A lot of people don't understand, why I don't like Christmas, but it's because of the trauma, and reliving it every year. Thank you Adriene & Benji, for helping release some of that today. Lots of love and joy to you both. ❤ See you again tomorrow! Namaste. 🙏🧡

  11. I really needed this today. CPTSD and anxiety are rough sometimes. I'm not alone. I'm safe! And so is whoever is reading this comment. I'm sending you so much love and comfort! You are safe and loved.

  12. Jumped ahead and did RESTORE day 23 since day 21 was a short one and so was this, which allows me a day to catch up with day 3, which I missed.
Generally calming, I wasn't in need so I interspersed some other poses. The breathing was nice (wouldn't it always be?)
