This video has changed my life. I started just a little over a month ago. It took me a week to make it from start to finish in 1 session. I would start from the beginning every morning and ever night. I got inspired and changed my diet. By week two, I was able to do the full video twice a day. I went from 126 to 111 lbs. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been at 33 years old. I have friends coming over to share the video and start their journey too. I can touch my toes and I am beginning to see definition in my arms and abs. Thank you Adrienne, for making me a healthier mom, wife, and dental hygienist.

I've been doing YWA about a year now and this is by far the hardest one I've come across! 😂 Definitely the fastest I've ever heard her talk too LOL. can't wait for the rest of this sequence

It's 2025. I'm from Bahrain. Your comments and jokes are so funny! Lots of chuckles while doing the yoga poses. I also cried in between because I loved how authentic you are!– I'm also about to get my period but WHO CARES! Thank you so much Adriene. Wasn't easy but your sweet nature sure did ease the workout.

I love coming back to this video and seeing where I was 7years ago. I’m 41 now and need to get back in shape! I did the video in two parts yesterday, and I’m hoping to get back to doing it once a day. This is the only exercise video I have ever done in its entirety, so please @yogawithadriene never take it down! Thanks again for making this!
