  1. Although I understand the therapeutic value of the exercises, i was simply looking for a relaxing bedtime stretch. I do not find exercises before bed relaxing regardless of their lightness or simplicity.

  4. I have been on the go since 6am catching up on housework, stopping only to eat/drink. It’s now 6.24pm and my back is really hurting (I fractured my coccyx years ago so my lower back always hurts) Anyway yes Sarah Beth this helped and felt wonderful. Could’ve stayed there for hours 🙏❤️🌻
