  1. Should the uterus be higher than the heart in the last trimester? Also retroflection of the lumbar spine should not be done, it accentuates lordosis, that is already present i nthe end of pregnancy!!!

  2. This is not good for a 9-month pregnancy last week. She is not pregnant, so she doesn't know how hard it is to do these moves. I stopped in minute 7 to find another instructor.

  3. I've been doing regularly this work outs during first and second trimester, but had to stop for a month. 30W now and started to feel stiffy and heavy and just returned to this work out, that knee part felt challenging as well but you just need to adapt and go on. The final feeling at the end is great! I'm so glad to have found Jessica an this channel, baby is happy too 😊

  4. How can you wrap around the leg with a big stomach? Online your exercises but aren't they a bit to hard some of them? I get a bit overwhelmed when they seem to difficult, like also the triangel pose and downward dog with one leg up?
Seem more like for först or second trimester? Correct me if i am wrong? ❤

  5. Amazing class. I’ve discovered this channel recently and have been following ever since. I love the level, variety, sequence, pace and language of instruction. The classes are challenging enough and I always feel good after. 31 weeks now and planning to continue ❤️Thank you for your great work!

  6. So good! Thank you bunches for your videos. Your dog has the coolest markings and looks like a cute little blanket laying next to you 😂.

Thanks for making it possible for me to workout despite being large and in charge 😂❤

  7. I’ve been doing yoga with your channel since week 12 and now I’m at week 38, I hope my labour will be so smooth after all this hardwork 😅😅wish me luck mamass I need that a lot and I wish you the best for all

  8. I'm 28 weeks and must say, I really enjoy your yoga. It relaxes me and removes tension in my back/hips. I usually go to the gym a few days a week. I plan on switching my focus more on yoga as my due date approaches.

  9. First comment since starting your pregnancy videos at the end of my first trimester. I am currently coming towards the end of the second tri and I cant thank you enough for these wonderful videos! They have been such a blessing this pregnancy.

  10. Plus size girly at 31 weeks! I have only gained 10 pounds this pregnancy so far and These have definitely helped relieved pain but are slightly difficult. I felt kinda defeated not being able to do some of the exercises but I just modified or replaced them with something else. Thank you for these 💓
