This is a restorative Yoga for stress and anxiety to help bring comfort, calmness and happiness during stressful times.
This yoga class is great to use in the morning or evening and quick enough to utilize on your break.
Feel free to utilize blocks, pillows or even a blanket during this restorative yoga practice.
Yoga has been a great tool to help me overcome my anxiety, and in helping me understand my anxiety and where my stress has stemmed from. I hope this restorative yoga practice gives you some relief as it does for me.

  2. This yoga helped heal my anxiety. Also this one attracts my cat. She will come lay on me. I didn't do this one for a long time, and she stopped doing yoga with me. Needed it today, and the cat joined me. There's some magic here. ❤

  3. I am 3 days shy of 2 years practicing with you, and I'm having such a different experience emotionally. My life has turned in a direction I've never been to before, and I have such sadness in my heart that I've been holding on to my whole life as I've listened to so many. I love so deeply, and I cry. I keep crying. I cry for me, too. I let go of the want, and cling to nothing here as I transition to something very different today.

  4. As far as I'm concerned, you are the best there is for restorative yoga. Your sessions feel intuitive, and align with my fav relaxation poses. I never put them together, and focussed on relaxation. Use one after morning sun salutations, and one in evening. I need to be disciplined about doing evening ones. Your voice and tempo are hypnotic.

  6. Wow. Thank you for this calming sequence! I just found my most comfortable way to do butterfly pose on my bed. I put my legs in the pose on top of two pillows. My lower back is so eased. Bliss😊
