  1. I was doing the stretch now and one of my discs clicked back in. I'm in less pain, I can finally walk with minimal nerve pain, I can sit and bend over. Finally!!!! Thank you so much!! I've been in pain for 2 weeks! I will keep stretching everyday, 3 times a day.

  2. If you have 2 slipped discs, and are in agony, these stretches make it worse. The other vid with you holding feet is a riot! No one in pain can do this! Clearly you have never had real back issues. Advil, Motrin, or surgery. These are the only things that help with a slipped L4 and L5 with the 'meat out of the bone' as my doc calls my case. These are probably good for sore muscles, so is Advil, but will do nothing for true spinal issues.

  3. I have been through rounds of injections and dr appointments trying to help with the extreme lower back pain from all the DX you have listed. I also saw I think it was you stretching at a counter top as well. I started all of these stretches a week ago. Although it obviously did not fix my bone issues but the extreme pain is all but gone. I can not thank you enough for these videos. I was soooo over the pain. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
