Things to Remember while you practice asanas –

1. Always practice on an empty stomach. Keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and your practice. If you’ve eaten fruits, a gap of 2 hours would be sufficient.
2. Wear loose comfortable cotton clothes. Please DO NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothes while practising asanas. You skin requires fresh air during asanas.
3. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you while you practice. This will allow you to observe your posture and help you auto-correct.
4. Do not practice if you are pregnant or if you have had any type of surgery in the past 12 months. Also, do not practice if you have back or neck related issues.

  1. Around 12 days of this practice and I can see a slight change in myself, also there were some of the flow which was difficult for me to hold but now gradually with the consistency I am able to do that as well. Thank you Satvic Yoga Channel for the perfect guidance. ☺️

I'm starting yoga from today to 30 days streak…I'm gonna comment about my every single day in this video…Day 1 ✔️- started the yoga but wasn't able to fully complete all the exercises as I all of a sudden started physical workout from sedentary lifestyle…but it was refreshing after the workout…

  3. Have started many exercises but somehow i am never consistence i did this practice too but hardly for 6-7 days but now i will stay consitant and will update here regularly. I want to change myself today i did this but as it was first day i skipped some postures and did it according to my comfort now there is no stopping.

  5. Hi everyone!! This is really an honest review I lost 5kgs and my face got slimmer, I lost 2-3 inches, I saw good visible changes, my collar bone is also visible now. Here's what I did(I am sharing this because from all these years I wanted a real honest review) I used to walk 1 hour in morning, and I did this 20 min yoga session daily. I used to eat 3 boiled eggs daily, I stopped rice and started eating multigrain roti in lunch and dinner with any vegetable or non veg dish. After every meal I used to walk for atleast 5 minutes. Though it's not a proper plan but it helped. (I didn't quit sugar as I'm a tea lover but reduced some sugar intake)
    Don't ask how much time it took just starting working for your goal, duration is different for each individuals
