Oh my goodness. This video helps!!!! I was so uncomfortable, only at 26 weeks pregnant, already so constipated, this got me tummy going normal for two days after I did this video. Just keep doing it every night or every day after a workout, it also just helps you to breathe and calm down. ❤❤❤

Im trying this out hopefully it works im about to be 28 weeks pregnant and after the glucose drink test they gave me im having an upset stomach following up to the next day and burning diarrhea 😰💩 im severely constipated and I’m desperate to try anything before it’s worse
Update: omg thank you?!? It’s been 18 minutes and while our session I popped another constipation pill that didn’t work last night as well as finished your exercise I felt lighter and then went to grab a banana I didn’t even get to finish it I heard grumbling so I went to the bathroom and yupppp had to go thanks 🫶🏻🙏🏻

I want to say thank you and keep blessing people. This workout really worked I was in so much pain because of constipation from the meds the doctor put me on. I did half of this workout because I am in so much pain and it helps ease my pain and soften my stool and I went to the bathroom 30 minutes later so I am going to keep doing it until all pass through.
