  1. That was wonderful. I'm an overweight Mom with a very weak core and very weak pelvis. But this was doable, still feelable, but still left me feeling good. Even with my Kids jumping around me loudly. Great Video. Thank you.

  2. This just felt so good! I just gave birth a week ago and I have been feeling so tight and so tense. This gave immediate relief when nothing else worked. Thank you so much. I will be doing this daily along with your other stretch video for postpartum.

  3. Just finished my 7 days and this was such a relaxing treat to finish it off with! Thank you Jessica! I’m a FTM 7 months PP and this short and sweet series was exactly what my body needed and could handle ❤❤❤

  4. First of all thank you Jesica for your work. Your videos have helped me a lot with my first pregnancy and this time too. I am two months postpartum since I already had 6 weeks appointment and I feel quite strong so started this 10min from yesterday but I am bleeding fresh a little but not painful. Does this mean my body is not ready for this yet?

  5. Just finished my first session together with my 1 year old. We both on her playmat, imitating my moves next to me and i am already feeling better than 10 minutes ago. Bonus the baby also had fun! ❤

  6. I’ll admit I didn’t think 10 mins could make a difference but Jessica does it again! I am feeling so much better in body mind and spirit than 10 mins ago and the affirmations were such an unexpected surprise and just what I needed to hear. Thank you!

  7. Love the stretches! I could do without the affirmations at the end though. If I'm going to speak something over myself, I don't want it to be self-focused, but instead truths about God and His work in me, since that is the source of true peace <3 Thank you for your videos! They are SUCH a help to me!

  8. I like to do this when my littles are taking a nap, or during bedtime. It’s crazy how much a 10 minute yoga session can help you, just taking that time for myself is really beneficial to my mental health especially postpartum <3 thank you

  9. Your prenatal yoga videos made such a difference during pregnancy. They helped to keep me well in mind and body. Now here I am following along with your postnatal yoga practice.
Thank you for the videos you put out. They have helped me so much. ❤

  10. Thank you for this. I just found this and when I tell you at the affirmations part I cried. This is my first baby and I’m 7 weeks postpartum and I’ve been so hard on myself and I just decided to do some yoga to help my body out, and I needed this so thank you!❤
