  1. At 56 and a half yrs, I need to do this practice daily as I am on my feet everyday averaging 10,000 steps per day. At the end of the day I look forward to getting on the mat stretching hamstrings and hips. It must be daily and consistent to help alleviate tight hamstrings and hip flexors. Thank you Adriene. Much love from Australia x

  2. So I started watching your videos as part of a morning somatics group while I was in therapy and out of curiosity decided to look up your subscriber count, holy crap! Congratulations on all your success, thank you so much for these videos.

  3. Hi Adriene, I came across a channel that is impersonating you, and it made me so upset. I reported it two months ago, but it's still there and uploading your videos. Just thought I should let you know. @dailyyogaM

  4. I've never commented before but today I realised I've been doing yoga with Adriene for ten wholesome years! 🎉
This has literally lasted longer than my marriage 😅
Jokes aside, I just wanted to express my utmost gratitude for this great, comforting YouTube corner where we can all just be present, ground ourselves, be ourselves and just live in the moment! I can't believe that this August marks my 10 and year anniversary on this channel 😊 10 years of "bringing Simba over the cliff"( iykyk 😅)

Thank you Adriene and thank you sweet Benji! Namaste friends! 🙏🏼❤️

  5. Quick question, y'all.. as I went about this process particularly towards the end when holding each leg up by the back of my thigh while laying down, I could feel a sensation in my toes and the soles of my feet almost as though they were going numb. Should I be worried of circulation issues?

  6. ADRIENE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING SPACE AND TIME FOR MINDFULNESS SELF LOVE. Came back to this channel after sadly too long of a break 💔❤️‍🩹 it feels great to be back in a space intended to slow down and check in. 7. Can you make yoga video for people who suffers from derealisation? Derealisation is destroying my life each day. I can't focus on my career because of it. Please make a video for people like us
