This is extremely helpful for people who experience lower back pain when bending over to put their shoes or socks on, avoid reaching down or getting on the floor because of back pain, and anybody who wants to prevent common lower back injuries like herniated discs.

  1. Starting the 2nd week of doing these routines.

I have neck and back issues from being a sedentary desk jockey, including a herniated disc in my lower back, and my back felt horrible this morning when I woke up. Did this routine, and I can still feel stiffness and a bit of pain, but it's so much better than it was. Gonna make this a regular morning thing. I can feel my body healing. Thank you!

  2. I love the way that these workouts are aimed at something specific, but you can get so much out of them even if you don’t have a bad back etc. thanks very much
