  1. I work in a very physical job with a lot of bending and heavy lifting. This is only my second morning doing this video and it feels like its slowly unlocking all my tight muscles and teaching me more flexibility. Definitely will keep doing to prevent injury.

  2. very relaxing and easy to follow! I've got some serious muscle aches from sword fighting and wrestling and just wanted to move a bit anyway, not sit around all day and this was perfect! i'll be saving this for the future!
