Bilkul aap kar sakti hain . es asana ko enjoy kijiye aap ise regular karke apni body ko normal delivery ke liye ready kijiye. ye aapke growing baby ke liye totally safe hai. Ise apne yoga routine mein shamil karke aap apne tension se mukti pa sakti hai ye aapke mind ko relax feel karayega. Ye aapke lower back, hips, inner thighs ku tightness ko dur karega aur flexibility badhayega. Ye pose aapke pelvic floor muscles ku strength bhi badhayega. Delivery time gone wale pain ko kam karega. Isse normal delivery ke chance bante hain to childbirth se related dar ko dur karke aapke bhitar confidence lata hai. Ye aapke headache ko dur karega, isse kayi sharirik aur mansik fayde milte hain.

Kitni baar titaliasana karna chahiye?
