Glad someone spoke spoke. There is a stereotype that c sec is bad and it causes back pain for long and many people credit normal delivery so much over the c sec people. People forget both are equally hard and both leave no side effects provided we maintain our body.

I beg to differ. It took my doctor's 5yrs after both my spinal taps and discovered that I had to herniated disks exactly where the needles were. My leg pain hurt for years and no one knew what it was until they finally gave me a x-ray. Do your research! There are different ways to take numbing medicine for c-sections.😮

I did not get any back pain, but I am getting a lot of pain in my hips. L4 and L5 are damaged they said it's because of my age, but I know it is because of the c sections.

I had my c section through general anesthesia not the spinal one due to last min emergency still i have back ach. Bedore delivery or even during pregnancy i dint have any back ach. And my back started to ach few months post the delivery. So may be because of bad posture too. Not sure though. I am skeptical too. Abt to consult my gynec.

Agreed back pain caused by postpartum careless ness , frequent bending ,bad carrying baby feeding baby and due to calcium efficiency lot more it's nothing to do with Anastasia . I am suffering form same due to bad postures

In my whole pregnancy journey i planned for normal delivery due to uncertainty I went through c section even after giving birth to I went it to depression that I dint had normal delivery after watching this vedio it gave me confidence.

She's trying to normalise the concept of going for a c section, when it's deemed medically necessary. There's a lot of taboo surrounding it and even in emergency situations there are pregnant women who adamantly refuse the procedure because they have been scared about the consequences for a long time. "What if I have constant pain? What if I can't do housework? What if I become a burden?" These are questions haunting a women in the labour room when the doctor comes in and tells her that she has to have an emergency c section. If taboos and misbeliefs are broken even just a little many women will not loose precious time looming over a decision like this. Time that will affect both the mother and her baby.

I cant understand how a non gyno can talk about all this so many of ur videos are misleading .like who how can u spread misinformation or call it a myth….u are traumatizing women lady …

Spinal anasthesia is not smtg to be taken so lightly basically anything with ur spine should not be taken lightly and pregnancy complications of any sort can be life threatening for the mother….
