What my yoga practice looks like at 37 weeks vs 41 weeks🤰🏻

🧘🏻‍♀️ At 37 weeks:
✔️ Pants still fit
✔️ I can access the ground
✔️ Bump is less in the way
✔️ Pelvis is feeling strong
✔️ Hello bolster

🧘🏻‍♀️At 41 + weeks:
🙅🏻‍♀️ Pants no longer fit so a long dress is what I practice in
✔️ Bump is abundant
🙅🏻‍♀️ Cannot access the floor as easy
✔️ Gym ball is life!
🙅🏻‍♀️ Pelvis is not as happy

I didn’t anticipate being pregnant this long and I’ve needed my practice now more than ever.

My #yoga and #mindfulness practice
💜 grounds me
🤍 helps me connect to myself and my baby
💜 gets my out of my head and into my body
🤍 reminds me of my strength and growth
💜 helps release tension in mind and body
🤍 makes me less likely to express my frustration at my husband for still being pregnant and feeling like a 🐢

Your practice can and will change as life evolves around you but know it’s YOUR practice and that will look and feel different for everyone.
