Neelam di november se muhje hormonal imbalance hai.kal meri scan mein aya hai ovarian complex hemorrhagic cyst.muhje bhut tension ho rahi hai.main meetha bhut zyada khaati hu.pta nahi kyu har waqt meetha khane ko man karta hai.kya aapke session ko follow karne se main thik ho sakti hu.aur meri gallbladder mein bhi stone hai kya iska surgery ke ilaava koi treatment hai plz reply krein.thank u so much

    Mere three months se period nhi aya tha me presan thi jisse mere face pr pimple a rhe the bar bar mera dusre hi din period a gya bhut help mili apki vedio se ab me yoga to daily krti thi but ye bali ni krti thi to period time se ni hota tha meko pcos h

  4. Mam kavi kavi hota h ki hmm kitni v yoga , exercise kar le par period delay ho hi jata hai or clot jyada hote h 2 month k baad period aaye par flow Kam hai.. Mein pcod ka dawa 2 year se le rhi hu.. phir bhi 2 months late ho jate hain. Jab dawa leti hu regular hota h or nhi leti hu toh irregular. By the way your yoga exercise is very helpful for me, thank you didi .
