  1. Damnnn, thankyou. In my 22 years of life I would've never believed I can do these exercises in period. Today is my 2nd day and I had terrible back pain, thankyou doc❤️

  2. This helped me SO much thank you!!!! Ive dealt with lower back pain from having deteriorated lower discs since i was 15 and this week my menstrual cycle is making my lower back flare up so bad i can barely walk or sit. I didnt even do the entire video yet because I did it on my 10 minute break and it already helped!!! 🙏🙏

  3. The first day of periods are hell for me with all the back pain, nausea and pelvic pain plus I feel irritated too. But this yoga helped me so much. Now i feel so much better and relaxed, this feels like therapy and usually it results in heavy bleeding if you stretch so much but I didn't so it's great for me. Thank you!❤

  4. I've used this at least every month since I found it a year ago- life saver- always start off feeling like it wouldn't do anything- finish feeling a fair bit better then somehow a few min after I feel almost completely fine.

  5. And why do I feel like all other women have so much more knowledge but I know nothing. 28 years old and still enduring horrific menstrual pains (debilitating) for what? I'll never be a wife nor mother so what is the purpose of any of this? And why aren't any NHS professionals helping me? By the way I started periods age 11 but never developed any breasts. And I am an ethnic minority who still gets bullied on a daily basis even by children.
