  1. Hey there, i watch this video everyday now and your other bedtime yoga before bed. I think your wonderful, after have followed so many online, your energy is by far the best. I hope you make more videos, perhaps even longer, 20 or 30 minute videos would be wonderful to add to my practise in the afternoons. Keep doing what you are doing, i am number 99 but soon afer this message, my brother who is also as impressed will be 100 and we will hit the mark you mention in this vid! Outstanding work sister, we want more, we want more!
