Why practice prenatal yoga?

Pregnant women are reaching for things in the cabinet. They are walking and carrying things. They’re moving anyway, the only difference here is that we are moving consciously with the breath, with awareness and in alignment. o Using our core to support us, making sure we have space in the back of the body, keeping the lift of the heart, all of these things to make it more safe to move.

Prenatal yoga, is not like regular yoga. There’s a different point. The main purpose is to make space for baby: in our body, our mind, and hearts.
