  1. First time to do this. I have bad knees and a slip disc in L4 and L5. loved it I feel good, The guy leading the class is amazing. Please do more for people with injury's. Would also love a more challenging one for when I get stronger,

  4. This is the best yoga class I’ve ever done for lower back pain relief. I love your other videos too and do them almost every day but I hurt my back a couple of days ago and could hardly move and nothing was helping until I found this video. After practising it for two days the pain has almost completely gone and I’m almost back to my usual self. Thank you so much for all your videos ! Hope to meet you in person one day🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏻🥰

  5. What a peaceful, gentle practice! As someone with spondylolisthesis, I appreciated the common-sense advice on protecting the lower back. I was able to do everything in this practice with the exception of the more intense back bends and spinal twists. It was nice to feel "unpressured" to go deeper into poses that are not healthy for my particular spinal condition. I stumbled across this channel yesterday and will definitely be exploring more of his videos.

  8. Thank you, Doron for this video! it just came out when I needed it the most, back pain hit me lifting my giant baby boy recently. I immediately took action as soon as the pain came, did this practice based on this video and I already felt better, 2 more day and 2 more practices and the pain was gone. My favorite quote is "your belly loves your back and it's trying to give it a kiss":)
