  1. Lauren, as this is intended for beginners, I would like to see you reshoot the video with the warrior pose on the knee instead of standing. And then you could get the instruction corrected for L v R toe forward on the sequence. I really liked the video though this is the second time I participated this week because I did experience a noticeable difference on day 1. thank you!
