  1. If you only have time for one thing, I suggest making it your yoga practice. Here you can stretch, burn, sweat, soothe, tone, trim, release, massage, relax and most importantly bridge the gap between your precious mind and body. Don’t burn yourself out any longer.
Your at-home practice is one for both your mental, emotional and physical health.

    Don’t forget:

Stress is the enemy. Find What Feels Good.

  2. I loved this practice. Thought I would need to adapt many postures because I'm pregnant, but I found them all very suitable. The belly part was especially funny to me, I have more belly than ever before. This practice saved today.

  3. Thank you for this. Within the first minute of being on the mat, holding my hands in prayer position, the tears began to roll. I was carrying so much emotion / stress. Now, 30 min later, I feel lighter and more able to deal with the day ahead.

  4. I used to do this as a kid… funny how much of yoga just takes us back to being kids before layers or self consciousness and embarrassment formed and shaped us into something else

  5. I feel so connected today and so grateful for this gift. It's rare that I feel this amazing and I'm going to embrace a good day in every way I can!! The grief doesn't feel as heavy today. I'm grateful for the life I have. I am grateful I can feel my hands today. I am grateful for my skin not hurting at the moment. I am grateful my sweat didn't sting my wounds. There is a lot to be happy about ❤ FEB 11 2025

  6. Inhale day 8! Catching up with practices I switched. This one helped me a lot, I’m very grateful. Wishing everyone the best!
Thank you, Adriene and YWA community💜💜💜

  7. I left some of the stress that has been with me for months on that ground in fetal, letting it evaporate away when I got up again. trying to fertilize that hope for better days in myself💛🌞

  8. When I’m stressed I cannot sit on the mat and have walked away because of this in many videos. I need to flow first and then my body is calm enough to sit. If you’re like me and in active stress response you might need to fast forward. For stress management yes but I have to fast forward to the flow and then I can sit after.

  9. I haven't gotten enough sleep this week, so I wish I could just go back to bed after this practice; nevertheless, I am so very grateful for this loving practice to start my day. I started off super tight and sore all over, and now I feel leagues better. It's early and I'm tired to the point that my simple day sounds overwhelming, but love helps. Love heals 💜

  10. I'm a day late again for INHALE – Feb 2025 Day 4 on the 5th but I REALLT needed this stress relief today. Sending extra hugs to everyone and much gratitude to Adriene, Benji, and the community here!
