Thanks a lot, i got sweat within 10 minutes ,i recently started to follow your yoga and workout series.l am 18 years old and overweight from longtime ,my weight is 70 kg and have too much pimples and scars on my face and i have period only for 2 days with much less blood flow with clotting.when l went to a doctor ,she give me certain pills and told that it happens at this age .But i am too upset and iam a student rightnow please ,please suggest me something to loose weight i have tried too mny things like fasting ,yoga and workout but nothing works,i have too mucu strech marks also😢
