Asana practice is a moving meditation that helps release old, stored emotions like shame, guilt, grief, resentment, loneliness and stress from within. Each emotional has a corresponding hormone which when not resolved, stays within the system. Yoga helps to remove all that is no longer useful.

👉🏼 You practice this easy flow in the morning or evening. Simply keep a gap of 3 hours between meal and practice.
