If you are looking for an effective and easy way to reduce belly fat, then this video is for you because today I am going to tell you four such tips by following which you can eliminate your belly fat from its roots.
To reduce belly fat along with exercise first of all we should improve our daily routine.
First of all we should improve our diet. If you are taking unhealthy things then belly fat can never be reduced so keep in mind that always take protein and fiber rich things so that the fat gets reduced.
Secondly we should get enough sleep so that our endocrine glands and internal organs remain healthy and function well so that whatever food we take does not get converted into fat but gets converted into energy.
Third we should do at least 30 minutes of yoga exercise daily.
Fourth we should pay attention to stress management. If there is too much anxiety then we should do yoga daily and study good books.

मॅडम, खाना खाने के बाद इतना मूव्हमेंट करना मेरे नजरिया से करना अच्छा नही है। आपने बताए हुई सभी मूव्हमेंटस् खाली पेट करना ही अच्छा है। ऐसा मुझे लगता है। खाना खाने के बाद slowly चलना या फिर वज्रासन करना ही सेहत के लिए अच्छा होगा।
