  1. చాలా బాగా మెడిటేషన్ జరిగింది గురువుగారు. ధన్యవాదములు. అయితే ఎంత నెమ్మదిగా డీప్ గా వెళ్ళామో అంతే స్లో గా ధ్యానం నుండి బయటికి వస్తే బాగుండేది.

  2. Sir, overactive bladder or urine incontinence show some exercises or yoga to control those problems. Wherever i go i need to search for washroom. It's very uncomfortable in public places. Sometimes suddenly get urgent urine without any signal. I suffering with this from many years.
