  2. Iam not crtisizing u sister. Iam a Hindu and this religion of mine have zero compulsion. If u don't like yoga u can quit it if u like u can do it. Up to you. But let me tell one more thing from our holy books it's written
    "what is born has to die" It's understood as part of the cycle of samsara, which is the continuous cycle of birth, death, and rebirth
    This includes to all living beings and ideologies. Christian Yoga has a birth day so does it end day too will come whereas Yoga was eternal hence it will exist forever. I hope u understand. U should learn Hinduism deeper one last time then decide for yourself. Anyways no hate enjoy what u do. 😊
