    -Side Bending
    – Backward + Forward
    -Lying Down leg raise
    *start with 30 counts first few days then gradually increase to 60 counts then 1min then 5mins.

    Step 4 : Suryanamaskar 8 rounds take it to 108 after a week

    Step 5 : Close eyes chant Om again. Relax
